Dog butchers benefit, dogs and owners suffer

The implementation of an incredible inhumane dog keeping regulation in Harbin (China) will cause tremendous suffering for dogs and their owners. Dogs that are above a certain size, on an ambiguous list of 'dangerous' breeds, or not the only dog in the family, have to be removed from the city within six months time. Dog dealers and butchers are the only ones benefiting from these regulations.
